What is Your COVID-19 Policy?

We aim to provide a service that protects customers, staff and our wider community from contracting Covid-19. As such, please note the following:

For installations/repairs

  • ensure our staff have easy access to your garage
  • not to be present in the garage whilst our teams carry out their work. They will wear masks whilst communicating with you but not whilst carrying out their work.
  • invoices will be sent to you electronically via email
  • our staff will wipe down areas upon completion of their work, e.g. door handles, switches, remotes etc.

For Quotes/Site Visits

  • please ensure you, the customer, are wearing a mask
  • our staff will wear a mask and gloves during the visit
